  • Analysis of feasibility and sustainability of initiatives of change management and turnaround
  • Assessment of organizational structure and restructuring / optimization through optimization of business unit costs, redesigning the most relevant decision-making processes
  • Analysis and review of supply chain (purchasing, make or buy decisions, centralization level, key skills, roles, processes) through a restructuring of sales and distribution networks
  • Implementation of process optimization plans, R&D and new product road map
  • KPIs identification led to lower operating costs (up to 34% over the previous twelve months) and increased profitability (+18% on average)
  • Restructuring of the functional areas (supply chain, R & D, Administration) helped to reduce costs by 26% on average, and increase operating efficiency that led to an increase of 15% of the average profitability
